Aylss and Josh had already booked Great Betley in Henfield before they made contact with me and already had a very detailed plan in place for their wedding weekend, which included lots of wonderful facets. However, the day itself was set to be very busy and they really wanted help ensuring it all ran smoothly so they could relax and enjoy so booked our On-the-Day Management package.
They had also chosen a fantastic Thai caterer who didn’t provide service staff, so I organised my brilliant front of house team to serve reception drinks and canapés, the wedding breakfast, evening food and run the bars.
One of the special features of the wedding was a horsebox bar situated just outside their marquee serving a selection of bespoke cocktails which meant my excellent bar team could roll their sleeves up and do what they do best preparing mouthwatering Whisky Sours, Mojitos, Espresso Martinis, Negronis and Margaritas!
